1). Automation Function; 

This automation produciton line is specilized used for producing dialyzer.

 

This automation production line is consisted by the following machines: Hosaing; automation convey machine; membrane convey machine; automationmembrane input machine; online automation membrane-closed machine; online atuomation sealing machine(Capping machine); glue-injection machine; automation rotating solidfication machine; membrane cutter; online automation cap tightener; manipulator and so on

 

2). Main structure of the production line

 

A:

Front automation assemble production line: automation convey line; automation membrane input machine set; automation positioning machine; automation membrane-closed machine set; automation sealing machine set.

B:

Automation gule injection production line: automation glue injection machine; automation appendorf; automation glue injection machine set.

C:

Backend automation production line: automation membrane-cutter; online testing machine with electron microscopy; automation manipulator; online automation tightener; online gas inspection machine set.

D:

Water inspection production line: water inspection machine;hot air dryer; gas inspection machine; packaging machine.

The whole dialyzer automation production line is made up of above four major parts with 17 machine items.
